Edmund’s Oast Exchange Announces November Events
Edmund’s Oast Exchange will host several events in November. The schedule can be seen below.
On Saturday, November 3rd, the business will host Loire Fest, from 1 pm to 3 pm. This will be a tasting and celebration of Loire Valley wine upstairs in the shop.
There will be 4 tasting stations set up with different distributors showcasing the best in Loire wines – from Thibaud Boudignon Chenin Blanc to Domaine Guiberteau Cabernet Franc to Vacheron Sancerre. There will be complimentary charcuterie to enjoy with the tasting.
Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the shop. Your ticket can be used towards $10 off any bottle of wine from the Loire.
On Tuesday, November 6th, from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Edmund’s Oast Exchange will host a free wine tasting with Sonoma Coast’s Hirsch Vineyards. Owner Jasmine Hirsch will be on hand to lead the tasting featuring their estate Chardonnay and Pinot Noirs.
In addition, Edmund’s Oast Restaurant will host a wine dinner with Hirsch Vineyards, starting at 7 pm. Chef Bob Cook and Pastry Chef Heather Hutton will prepare a four course “family style” dinner to compliment the wines. The dinner will be held in “The Library,” the new private dining room at Edmund’s Oast. Tickets are $99, all inclusive, and can be purchased on the restaurant’s website. Seating is extremely limited.
On Saturday, November 10th, Edmund’s Oast Exchange will host their second food truck pop up at the shop from noon to 3 pm. Herd Provisions will be selling their grass fed hamburgers, and the shop will offer happy hour pricing on beer and wine: $3 house beers and $6 glasses of wine. Mobile ice creamery, Life Raft Treats, will also be on hand selling their frozen sweets.
On Wednesday, November 21st, Edmund’s Oast Exchange will host a free tasting of Thanksgiving inspired wines from 1 pm to 3 pm. They will also serve complimentary glasses of sparkling wine all day for your sip and shop pleasure (limit one glass per customer).
