Chubby Fish Launches $1 Oyster Hour
Downtown restaurant Chubby Fish is now offering the “$1 Oyster Hour” with locally-sourced, shucked-to-order oysters. Diners can enjoy the discounted mollusks Tuesday through Saturday from 5 pm to 6 pm.
In addition to Chef James London’s rotating selection of bivalves and raw bar selections, Oyster Hour also includes $2 Tecate and $6 glasses of Oysterman wine from French importer Frederick Corriher. The grower-made Muscadet from the Loire Valley donates a portion of proceeds from every case of wine sold to oyster bed replenishment and coastal ecology.
