Fam’s Brewing Co. to Host “Fantastic Beasts” Trivia & Beer Release

Almost every wizarding household has a copy of textbook Fantastic Beasts & Where to Find Them, and now all the Magizoologist in Charleston will be able to test their knowledge against other muggles, witches, and wizards.

Players will be competing for a chance to win 36 Galleons 6 Sickles and 15 Knuts ($175 in house cash) and prizes. Guests are also encouraged to dress as their favorite magical creature, or one of the many characters including Queenie Goldstein, Newt Scamander, or even Hermione Granger.

The Blind Pig wouldn’t be a speakeasy if it didn’t have beer, and the brewing wizards at Fam’s Brewing Co. will be releasing a small limited batch of Butterbeer, a spiced ale with pleasant notes of cinnamon and butterscotch.

The event is for Magizoologist, muggles, witches, and wizards that are 21+, and will cover all things in the Harry Potter universe relating to the magical creatures in Harry Potter, the Fantastic Beasts movies, JK Rowling, and the creatures at Harry Potter World in Universal Studios Parks.

There will be no reservations for the event, but the public can go to https://www.famularis.com/fantasticbeasts by Monday, November 12th at 5 pm for a chance to win a table for 4 and $50 gift card.

The event is free to attend.
