2019 High Water Festival Lineup Unveiled
The 2019 High Water Festival, a celebration of music, food, and libations curated by popular local folk duo Shovels & Rope, has revealed the 2019 live music lineup.

The third annual festival will be held on April 13th and 14th, 2019 at North Charleston’s Riverfront Park. Each day’s schedule will be announced at a later date.

- Prices start at $144.50 plus fees (payment plan available)
