Swig & Swine Presents Johns Island Oyster Roast at Trophy Lakes
On Sunday, December 9th, local barbecue joint Swig & Swine presents the Johns Island Oyster Roast at Trophy Lakes. The family friendly event includes all-you-can-eat oysters, a barbecue buffet, specialty cocktails, live music, helicopter rides, axe throwing, and a Kids Zone with bouncy houses and face painting.
Advance tickets to this year’s ultimate oyster roast are on sale now for $35 per person. Tickets will be sold at the door the day of the event for $39. Tickets for children under the age of 12 can be purchased for $10. Ticket price includes entry, oysters and the barbecue buffet. Cocktails, beer and wine options will be available for purchase. Specialty cocktails will be poured from Virgil Kaine and Dixie Vodka.
Guests can enjoy live music at the event, which is set to take place from noon to 5 pm, from Soul Fish and Fusion Jonez.
Holy City Helicopters will offer helicopter rides and Blade & Bull will be in attendance with axe throwing ranges.
Just in time for the holiday season, local vendors including Rhodes Boutique and others will have tents set up around Trophy Lakes with merchandise for purchase.
