Wild Wing Cafe on Coleman Blvd. to Close “Indefinitely”

Published

Nearly two years to the day that they announced their Market Street location would be closing for good, Wild Wing Cafe says next month their Coleman Blvd. restaurant in Mount Pleasant will shutter “indefinitely.” Their last day of business will be Sunday, December 9th.

Wild Wing made the announcement on Facebook, saying:

“We are extremely sad to announce that after Sunday, December 9th, we will be closing our Mt. Pleasant on Coleman Boulevard location indefinitely. For 22 years we have watched Mt. Pleasant grow and have met so many amazing people along the way. Even though we are closing on Coleman Boulevard, the Lowcountry is our home and we will continue to explore our options to open more locations throughout Charleston. We look forward to new opportunities that you can call your home for Hot Wings, Cold Beer and Good Times.

If you’d like to celebrate one last time, we’re going out with a bang:
• Saturday, December 8th – celebration of 22 WILD Years with live music from Sol Food, Prizes, Specials and a good damn time!
• Sunday, December 9th – come see us after the Christmas Parade for our Post Parade Party with Permanent Vacation! Plus it’s our LAST NIGHT!!!

So to all the Wild ones out there: The ones who grew up eating smiley fries and mac n cheese. The ones who checked out their friends’ bands every Friday and Saturday night. The ones who celebrated birthdays, graduations and tons of family time with us. The ones that couldn’t skip a 2fer Tuesday. The ones that spent countless hours at the corner of the patio bar with friends. The ones that caught every Carolina and Clemson game with us. To ALL the ones who called Wild Wing on Coleman their home away from home for 22 years: THANK YOU!

We hope to still see your beautiful faces in our locations in North Charleston on Rivers Avenue and Mt. Pleasant in the Market at Oakland very, very soon.”

Wild Wing Cafe’s Market Street location closed after business on November 23, 2016.
