“Mr. Mercedes” Returning to Charleston for 3rd Season
Mr. Mercedes, a television series based on a best-selling Stephen King series, will return to the Charleston area in 2019 to film its next season. The AT&T Audience Network has ordered a 10-episode third season of the drama series.
The second season took place a year after Brady Hartsfield (Harry Treadaway) terrorized the community of Bridgton, Ohio. While Hartsfield was hospitalized, retired detective Bill Hodges (Brendan Gleeson) teamed up with Holly Gibney (Justine Lupe) to open Finders Keepers, a private investigative agency.
According to Deadline, David E. Kelley (Big Little Lies, Ally McBeal) will return to oversee the writer’s room and Jack Bender (Lost, Under the Dome) to direct.
Previously, TW Casting handled casting for extras, so if you are interested in potentially appearing on the show, keep on eye on their Facebook page. If they handle casting again, they will post information there.
