Swig & Swine to Open Fourth Location in Downtown Charleston this Month
Next month Queen Street Hospitality will introduce Swig & Swine to downtown Charleston, making it the fourth location for the celebrated barbecue joint led by Pitmaster Anthony DiBernardo. Currently occupied by the restaurant group’s Southern eatery Lowcountry Bistro, Swig & Swine will take over the historic building located at 49 South Market Street. Swig & Swine will open in the historic Market district on December 14th after interior updates are completed.
Since DiBernardo opened Swig & Swine in collaboration with Queen Street Hospitality in 2013, the barbecue joint has seen continuous success and growth. In March 2018, Swig & Swine opened its third location in Mount Pleasant’s Shipyard Park.
Swig & Swine lovers can expect the downtown location to serve the same all-wood smoked meats and Southern sides they are used to enjoying at the other locations. The downtown Swig & Swine will also offer free delivery to nearby downtown businesses and residences.
