Home Team BBQ to Open in Greenville, SC

Home Team BBQ this week announced the opening of its sixth location and expansion into the community of Greenville, SC. Based out of Charleston, the award-winning barbecue restaurant is slated to open in mid-2020 in a Holland Park, a new development located downtown at 813 Laurens Rd.

Home Team’s chief operating partner and pitmaster Aaron Siegel and partner-chef Taylor Garrigan will join forces with Home Team veterans Tony McKie and Sean Daniher as operating partners of the first location to reside in The Upstate. The multi-regional barbecue concept opened its flagship in 2006, and since has expanded its imprint across South Carolina to three locations, in addition to fourth location in Aspen, CO, and a popular catering operation. Furthermore, plans have been solidified for a Columbia, SC location, slated to open in early Spring of 2019.

Home Team BBQ plans to begin construction in the summer of 2019 at 813 Laurens Rd., Greenville, SC. Open seven days a week, the restaurant will provide table service, carryout, and catering.
