HōM to Host Burger Pop-Up with New Restaurant Maison

On Wednesday, December 19th, King Street hot spot HōM is hosting a Burger Pop-Up event with upcoming Charleston restaurant, Maison, which is led by owner Vandy Vanderwarker and head bartender Will Love. The fun starts at 6 pm.

The menu will feature:

• The Frenchie ($15, right)
  • 3 oz. braised short rib patty, 3 oz. beef patty, caramelized onions, roasted garlic aioli, sesame seed bun, and topped with red wine and black truffle sauce and Gruyere cheese
• Chartreuse Swizzle ($12)
  • Velvet Falernum, fresh lime and pineapple juice, Green Chartreuse, and Angostura Bitters, garnished with a mint plouche and lime wheel

“Partnering with Charleston’s new French bistro Maison is all about burgers, fun, and friends,” HōM owner Pete Smith said. “We believe in helping each other out in the F&B industry.”

Burgers and cocktails will be available while supplies last. The regular menu is available all day until close. No cover.
