It’s almost time to pop the champagne, say “goodbye” to 2018, and welcome ’19! As usual, Charleston has plenty of parties and events for you to choose from. To help pick the best option for you, I’ve compiled a list of the Holy City’s New Year’s Eve Parties!

• Joséphine Wine Bar
  • Variety of menu specials
    • Filet mignon, shrimp cocktail, and blinis with caviar and crème fraiche, in addition to the regular dinner menu
  • A luxe champagne flight for $35
    • Guests who order the flight will enjoy Pierre Paillard Grand Cru Rosé, Michel Maillard Brut Cuvée and Tissier Brut, all varieties that are normally unavailable by the glass

  • The North Charleston brewery is hosting their “come as you are New Year’s Eve party, Blue Collar Bash: No Cover Charge, No Dress Code, No Problem”
  • Live funk, blues, pop, and rock music from Morpheus
  • New beer Release (a raspberry porter called Darth Narwhal)
  • A free beer toast at midnight
  • Every beer on tap available for just $5 all night long
