Charleston Grill Named Most Romantic Restaurant in America

TripAdvisor announced the most romantic restaurants in the U.S. for 2019 and one Holy City stalwart topped the list. Thanks to so many positive reviews from diners, Charleston Grill beat out all other restaurants for the number one spot.
The list was TripAdvisor’s first to be based on the reviews and opinions from their diners. The rankings were “derived from the quality, quantity and recency of reviews combined with the degree to which the property is romantic.”
In addition to the positive reviews, TripAdvisor diners recommended the Grill’s crab cake, foie gras, and rack of lamb.
Charleston Grill was the only South Carolina restaurant to make the list. You can see the rankings here.

Hmm. I’ve been there. I wouldn’t call it the most romantic out of the restaurants to which we’ve been in the area, though.
