“At CrossFit Charleston, we’re putting a focus on nutrition because it’s what will help people achieve their goals,” said Holly Fisher, CrossFit Charleston co-owner and nutrition coach. “Nutrition is truly the foundation of good health. It’s not just about how you look, but about how you feel.
“We have people coming into our facility who want to lose weight, improve their overall health or enhance their athletic performance,” Fisher said. “Those only can be achieved through eating correctly. We’re excited to have a program that teaches people to make realistic habits that will guide them to lifelong health and wellness.”
CrossFit Charleston Nutrition coaching is open to the general public. Details and pricing are available at http://crossfitcharleston.
