Bonefish Grill Offering Wine and Food Pairing Experience

On Thursday, February 28th, Bonefish Grill in North Charleston will offer patrons a wine and food pairing experience.

The “Perfect Pairings: A Night with Coppola” event is a three-course event that includes:

• Choice of House Salad or Caesar Salad
• Flight of all three:
  • Seared Ahi Tuna with Mango Salsa
    • Paired with Francis Coppola Sofia Rose
  • Georges Bank Scallop & Shrimp Skewer
    • Paired with Coppola “Director’s Cut” Chardonnay
  • Atlantic Wolffish-Lobster Roulade
    • Paired with Francis Coppola Black Label
  • Choice of Jen’s Jamaican Coconut Pie™ or Macadamia Nut Brownie
