Charleston Bars Advance in Garden & Gun’s Bracket-Style Competition

Garden & Gun (G&G) has released their 9th annual Southern Bar Bracket, a March Madness-style competition featuring 32 watering holes from 13 states and 26 cities. Charleston’s The Griffon and The Bar at Husk are both included in this year’s head-to-head competition and they need your votes to advance!

Round One has already ended and the Holy City bars have survived! However,  their battle is only going to get tougher and they’ll need your help. You can see the bracket and vote online here.

At the end of the competition, the overall winner will be announced on G&G.com as Reader’s Choice for the South’s Favorite Bar! Below is the voting schedule:

• 3/22 ROUND 2 STARTS

• 3/25 ROUND 3 STARTS

• 3/28 FINAL FOUR

• 4/1 CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND

• 4/3 WINNER ANNOUNCED

Bars in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Virginia, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, West Virginia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Washington D.C., and Louisiana are all represented. They were chosen by readers and G&G’s staff and contributors.
