Hooked Seafood, located at 24 North Market St., will officially open on Tuesday, March 26th. The restaurant is a collaboration from local restaurateurs Wade Boals, Brett Yearout, and Joel Olindo, the same team behind Saltwater Cowboys on Shem Creek.

Hooked Seafood will feature Charleston-inspired local seafood and land favorites (photos below) with a contemporary twist from Executive Chef Thad Stuckey. Dishes such as tableside She Crab Soup, Whole Fried Local Snapper, Oyster Pie, Shrimp ‘N Grits, 20 oz. Cast Iron Bone-In Ribeye and Buttermilk Fried Chicken are among the many that will be available. Chef Stuckey brings over 18 years of culinary experience to Hooked including time at O-Ku and other Holy City hot spots.

In addition, Hooked will have an expansive bar, an open bay door, art from local artists, and locally-sourced seafood and produce when available.

Leading the service team is Hooked General Manager Tony Norton, Charleston native and veteran sommelier. Norton has designed a beverage program centered on classic cocktails, local beers and fresh, mineral driven, wines.

Hooked Seafood will be open for dinner service at 4 p. daily. For more information call 843- 723-0044, visit www.hookedcharleston.com, and follow Hooked Seafood on  Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
