Chef Sean Brock Cuts Ties with Husk to Focus on Nashville Project
Less than a year after ending his tenure as Chef/Partner with The Neighborhood Dining Group restaurants, Sean Brock has left his role of Culinary Advisor at the four Husk restaurant locations across the Southeast.
Chef Brock will shift his focus entirely to his upcoming Nashville project, an East Nashville property devoted to the cuisine and culture of the Appalachian region which will open this year.
Chef Brock took the consulting role with Husk in August 2018 after ending his tenure with the other Neighborhood Dining Group restaurants McCrady’s, McCrady’s Tavern, and Minero. Husk will continue operations as usual under The Neighborhood Dining Group.
