MethodRide Announces New Classes
MethodRide in Mount Pleasant is offering three new signature ride formats and new class times starting May 12th.
Founder Megan Pawlowski has created these three new class formats under the MethodRide umbrella:
- A Revive class in which riders will experience heavier soul hills and more breath-controlled movements. Revive is slightly slower paced yet has a harder wheel resistance than MethodRide’s signature class, now retitled ‘Transform.’
- In the new Form Rhythm Control class riders can expect more time focused towards becoming a stronger rhythm rider, the base of the physical ride gets broken down through class but not slowed down.
- The Strive ride is the third new class hitting the schedule in May; this is a 15 minute longer version of MethodRide’s flagship ride, Transform. This 60-minute class was previously offered when the studio first opened at the end of 2016 but is now changed slightly.
New class times will be offered on May 12th with the goal of fitting into the schedules of a larger audience. All of the new class times will include childcare.
