HCF describes the event as follows: “Planning for resilience is important, but without funding, plans can’t become realities. Charleston Mayor Tecklenburg, Dale Morris from The Water Institute of the Gulf, and Walter Goldsmith from First Tryon Advisors will participate in a frank and informed discussion on strategies to finance critical infrastructure needs.”

The event is open to the public and admission is free.

The Charleston Museum is located at 360 Meeting Street.
