Renew Medical Launches New Launches New Healthcare Service Geared Towards Small Business Owners and F&B Workers

Renew Medical Spa, the IV spa and urgent care facility located downtown on King Street, recently announced a new healthcare service that the business hopes will make healthcare more affordable for small business owners, food and beverage workers, and their families. The new plan launched on Monday, July 1st.

The plan, which costs $25 per person, features unlimited urgent care visits with no co-pay or deductible. Included with the plan is a doctor/new patient evaluation, Strep Throat and Flu swabs (UA), up to 2 injections (+$10), written Rxs only, and basic urgent care services (no x-rays) that cover sore throat, cough, congestion, UTI’s, etc. The service will not provide narcotics and controlled substances, surgeries, and the sending of blood and lab tests; laceration repair is provided for an additional cost. To be eligible for the plan you must have a minimum group of 10 and be older than 6 years of age. Appointments may be made via phone or by text message.

“We want to serve the employers that provide jobs/careers to the many people that serve our local community so well,” co-executive director Frank Wells said. “Our $25/month unlimited plan allows employers to provide true healthCARE to their employees, and their families!”
