Local Companies Partner to Create Palmetto City Ballet

A local dance school and professional dance company have joined together to form one company. The Charleston Dance Institute and Ballet Evolution are now collectively known as the “Palmetto City Ballet” (PCB).

The company (PCB) and academy (PCB School) will work together to promote both quality live performances for the community, as well as offering professional training to young artists. The organization says this will offer a “very clear path to our students to learn, grow, and aspire to reach the goal of working professionally in their field and better yet in their own hometown.”
