Doar Bros. Hosts Italian Night Sunday

Downtown cocktail bar Doar Bros. has launched an in-house, Italian pop-up dinner to be held every other Sunday. During each edition, Chef/Owner Jonathan Doar will showcase what he learned during his years spent in Italy.

All Italian Nights will feature a unique menu, with some of the more popular staple items returning on occasion. The bar says dishes will be “inspired by seasonal, local ingredients while the rustic menu’s simplicity is authentic of (Chef Doar’s) experience in Italy.”

Chef Doar’s mom, Jody, will also contribute a dish reminiscent of their family’s Sunday Italian dinner tradition.

In addition, the bar team will be pouring Italian favorites such as the Negroni, Italian Spritzes, hand selected Italian wines, and a featured cocktail.
