Darling Oyster Bar Donating Thursday’s Proceeds to Slain Employee’s Daughter
On Thursday, August 15th, The Darling Oyster bar will host a fundraiser for the family of Tim Haman Jr., who last week was murdered in a downtown shooting. One hundred percent of the evening’s proceeds will be put in a fund for his daughter. The restaurant opens at 4 pm.
Haman Jr. was the morning sous chef and is survived by his daughter.
“Tim was a valued employee at The Darling,” the restaurant said in a press release. “We are all heart broken by this loss.”
