Drink History: New Event Combines Craft Beer & Historic Sites for Charleston Beer Week
On Friday, September 13th, Palmetto Brewing Company, Halls Signature Events, Southern Eagle Distributing, and the South Carolina Historical Society are all partnering for a Charleston Beer Week event called “Drink History.”
Attendees can enjoy a historic tour while trying some tasty food and craft beer. The group will start at The Fireproof Building before being led on a guided tour of three of Charleston’s most unique sites – The Powder Magazine, The Old Exchange and Provost Dungeon, and The Dr. David Ramsay House. Attendees will sample a different craft beer at each location.
After the tour, everybody returns to the Fireproof Building, home of the South Carolina Historical Society Museum, for more Palmetto Brewing favorites, while dining on treats from Halls Signature Events.
