Support Cancer Research at Private Dinner & Wine Event
Local residents Clemence Obellianne and Simon Grelet are participating in a fundraising called LOWVELO, an outdoor bike ride around the Lowcountry that raises money for life-saving cancer research.
They have organized a “Wine & Food” tasting event to support cancer research at the Hollings Cancer Center at the Medical University of South Carolina. The fundraiser will be held on September 4th from 5 to 7 pm in a home on Spring Street.
The event is $150 and tickets can be purchased online. The menu includes a tasting flight of six French wines and food from Chef Dominique Chantepie (Café Framboise and Bistro à Vin). The wine tasting will be assisted by Rose Schiano and Pascale Ferraro from Haw River Winery.
Attendees will also enjoy live Classical music from Andrew Mille (Cello) and Chris Teves (Guitar) from (CharlestonEntertainment.com).
