Mex 1 is Bringing Back Menu Favorites and Offering 14-lb. Nacho DIsh

Mex 1 Coastal Cantina has some HUGE news for both National Taco Day and National Nacho Day.
On National Taco Day, October 4th, Mex 1 will celebrate by bringing back three customer favorites. For a limited time starting on October 4th, guests can once again enjoy the following tacos:
- Buffalo Shrimp – Lightly fried shrimp tossed in their Baja-ffalo sauce and topped with bacon and bleu cheese slaw
- Nashville Hot Chicken – Crispy Fried Chicken, Southern Slaw, Pickled Fresnos, Sweet Heat
- Seared Tuna Taco – Seared Ahi Tuna, Spicy Avocado Crema, Compressed Watermelon Salsa, Cabbage
Then on National Nacho Day, November 6th, the restaurant will offer a nacho plate to top all nacho plates. Beginning on this day, Mex 1 will share a secret menu item for a limited time – The Big Papa Nachos (photo below). The dish checks in at 14 lbs and includes house made tortilla chips topped with cantina chicken, pork carnitas, and their signature bangin’ shrimp. The nachos also feature jalapenoes, tomatoes, queso, guac, and sour cream. The gigantic nacho plate costs $75.
