Saturday’s Makers Market at Baker & Brewer to Benefit Charleston Pro Bono

On Saturday, October 5th, Baker and Brewer will host a Makers Market at 94 Stuart Street. The event will feature live music, libations, and local vendors. Admission is free and open to the public.

Baker and Brewer will be open normal hours with full service for tables and bar. Live music will begin on the porch with Red Cedar Review at 11 am, Seitu Solomon Steelpan will take the afternoon stage, with Matadero Band closing out the day.

The Market ends at 4 pm, while the live music concludes at 9 pm. Interested vendors may apply online here. A portion of the vending fees benefit Charleston Pro Bono Legal Services.

“Charleston Pro Bono is excited to participate and be the beneficiary of this innovative event,” Alissa Lietzow, Director of Charleston Pro Bono Legal Services, said. “As a small nonprofit with big goals, opportunities like the Makers Market event help us expand our impact on the local community.”

Vendors include: Straight to Art, Penelope Design Studio, Queens Coast Designs, Holy City Lipgloss, Local Dog, The Restored Board, Cigar Row Events, Trellis Bowties, Holy Smoke Olive Oil, Crass Stitchery, SheSells Candles, Gray Cat Music, Malted Mutts, Newports Naturals, Po Girlz, Glitter and Glass, Ash+Vine Botanicals, Pet Wants Lowcountry, and more.
