The Bar at The Spectator is hosting Charleston’s Second Annual Prohibition Trail
To celebrate Repeal Day (Dec. 5th), The Bar at The Spectator is hosting Charleston’s second annual Prohibition Trail. The event pays homage to The Bar as a 1920s-inspired cocktail lounge serving up hand-crafted specialty cocktails using local ingredients and flavors of the south. Other local cocktail bar participants include Henry’s On The Market, Cane Rhum Bar, and Doar Bros.
Guests are encouraged to dress in 20’s attire and travel back to the exuberance of the Prohibition era with discounted specialty cocktails, light bites, live music, giveaways, and glamorous décor. The giveaways include the chance to win private label bourbon or the grand prize, a Staycation Package.
The Staycation Package includes a two-night stay at The Spectator Hotel and $50 Gift Certificates to all participating locations; The Bar at The Spectator, Henry’s On The Market, Cane Rhum Bar and Doar Bros. To be eligible for the grand prize, guests must purchase a cocktail from each location using the password “Amendment 21” at the bar in exchange for poker chips. Redeem all four poker chips at The Spectator before 9 pm to be entered to win.
