Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Looking for Family Sponsors
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF) is asking for the community’s support in making the cystic fibrosis (CF) patient’s care all-encompassing. Their CFF Caring Circle starts with the Care Center nominating families in need, the foundation then links those families with YOU – the community supporters- to provide gifts and holiday cheer.
Individual donors, companies and community groups join forces to support families through purchasing gifts and items requested by the family to help relieve some of their stress. Participating is simple, and your support can make a world of difference.
CFF was able to support 22 families last year, and they have a goal of 30 families this year.
How to Participate:
1. Click HERE to complete the sponsor form by November 15, 2019.
2. Receive information from CFF about your family. You will be provided information for all children under 18 in the family (Please note, most families have more than one child).
3. Go shopping! CFF suggests a $25-$40 limit per child.
4. Wrap your gifts
IMPORTANT: Deliver or ship your gifts to your family so they arrive no later than December 23rd.
