Brookgreen Gardens to Host Three-Day New Year’s Eve Celebration

Brookgreen Gardens today announced their 2020 New Year’s Eve celebration, “Light up the New Year.” The three-day event will be a continuation of “Nights of a Thousand Candles,” Brookgreen’s annual holiday event on a slightly smaller scale.
Visitors can celebrate the upcoming year amid the soft glow of more than 2,700 hand-lit candles and over two million sparkling lights set among the sculptures, trees and flowers of the premier botanical garden. Light snacks and beverages will be available for purchase, including sparkling wine to toast the New Year.
“Light up the New Year” will run from 6 pm to 9 pm on December 27th, 28th, and 31st.
