Second Woodhouse Day Spa Location Opening Downtown

Author, wellness guru, Women’s Wellness Weekend Founder, and owner and regional developer of Woodhouse Day Spa Charleston, Kim Powell is set to open her second Woodhouse Day Spa location in downtown Charleston.

After three and a half years of planning, the spa will open its doors on Friday, January 17th. The new day spa will be located at 10 Westedge, Suite 150, with its entrance on the first floor of the newly constructed 10 WestEdge Apartments.

Woodhouse Day Spa’s 2-story, 9,000 sq. ft location on the front of Spring Street and Lockwood Drive will feature many of the amenities you’ll find in the Mount Pleasant location, including 17 treatment rooms plus 3 relaxation rooms with fireplaces and a boutique. The full menu of services offered at the original location will be offered at the downtown locale.

“It’s been such a long journey, but we always knew that this location would help us serve downtown, the medical community, and our guests in West Ashley, James Island, and beyond,” Powell said. “We want to be a haven for our community and promote wellness and self-care, especially for those in our incredible medical district. Situated along the Ashley River in the incredibly vibrant Westedge Community adds to the allure of this location.”

To celebrate the opening, Woodhouse Day Spa at WestEdge will be giving away a luxe quilted cable-knit throw blanket to patrons who purchase $250 or more in gift cards at the new location on January 17th.
