South Carolina Aquarium Announces 2020 After Hours Series

The South Carolina Aquarium After Hours series is back for 2020. These all-inclusive events are geared toward adult patrons and feature food, beverages, live entertainment, animal encounters and more. The first event of the 2020 series will be the Good Catch Oysterfest on February 21st.

All food from the Good Catch Oysterfest comes from the Aquarium’s Good Catch partners – restaurants, seafood purveyors, caterers and collaborators who share the Aquarium’s mission of supporting sustainable seafood practices. This year’s oyster purveyor is Folly River Shellfish. The featured Good Catch partners, providing chili and chowder small plates, include Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina’s The Fish House, Grace & Grit, Acme Lowcountry Kitchen, Dockery’s, Delaney Oyster House, and Wild Dunes Resort’s Coastal Provisions.

Good Catch Oysterfest will take place on Friday, February 21st, 2020 from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm at the Aquarium. Tickets are available through the South Carolina Aquarium website and are $50 each. South Carolina members can purchase tickets for $45 each. VIP tickets are available for $75 and include early access to the event plus a souvenir shucker and exclusive bar for the evening. This event is rain or shine. All After Hours events are 21 and up.
