The Establishment Hosting “Mac and Cheese” Pairing Workshop Featuring Macallan Scotch

On January 28th, The Establishment will host a “Mac and Cheese” event. The event, the Macallan Scotch & Cheese Pairing Workshop, begins at 6 pm.

Guest will learn about blending the flavors of scotch with their favorite cheeses. The $80 ticket will get you samples of rare Macallan scotches with cheese pairings and instruction by Macallan’s whiskey ambassador. Some of the Macallan bottles that you’ll sample will include:

• Macallan Double Cask 12 yr.
• Macallan 15yr
• Macallan Rare Cask
