Hotel Bennett Has Several Valentine’s Day Festivities Planned For Both Couples and Singles

Hotel Bennett has several Valentine’s Day festivities planned for this month. From a prix fixe menu at Gabrielle, to a Single Mingle Night at Fiat Lux, the hotel is offering something for everyone this V-Day.

Here’s a look at the hotel’s holiday plans:

• Gabrielle
  • On February 14th, Gabrielle will offer a one-night only, four-course, prix fixe dinner for $110 per person, with optional wine pairings available for an additional $45 per person. The menu will feature an array of specials from Executive Chef Michael Sichel, including:
    • Scallop and Bacon Brochette with Meuniere Amandine and Grilled Baguette
    • Lobster Bisque with Lemon Oil and Micro Croutons
    • Roasted Beet Risotto with Parmesan Tuile and Roasted Pine Nuts
    • Imperial Farms Wagyu Strip with Celery Root, Toasted Hazelnut, and Red Wine Reduction
    • Valentine’s Heart Milk Chocolate Parfait with Lemon-Ginger Cream, Raspberry Marmalade, and Flourless Sponge Cake

• Camellias
  • Throughout Valentine’s Day weekend – from Friday, February 14th through Sunday, February 16th – Camellias is offering a special “Couples Cove” experience for its four coveted corner tables. For a base of $150 per person or $300 per table (reserved in advance), this offer includes:
    • A guaranteed alcove space for two hours
    • A four-course meal to share with luxury champagne pairings for each course
    • Rose petals on the table
    • A single-stem pink rose
    • Two keepsake Camellias-etched champagne glasses and more

• Fiat Lux
  • For those flying solo, Hotel Bennett’s rooftop bar and lounge, Fiat Lux, is hosting a Single Mingle Night
  • Enjoy trivia games, craft cocktails, and more
  • Staff will pair trivia teams randomly to encourage interacting and engaging with new faces
  • The event will start at 5 pm on February 14th and admission is $25 per person, which includes light snacks and a house-made specialty cocktail
• La Patisserie
  • On February 14^th and February 15^th, stop by La Patisserie after your Valentine’s Day dinner and enjoy a lively celebration complete with bubbles, desserts, and more. $50 per person includes:
    • A “Heart For Two” Mini Cake specially made by Executive Pastry Chef Remy Funfrock
    • A single stem rose
    • Two glasses of bubbles or cordial
    • Live music
  • Seating will be open, with limited reserved tables available for La Patisserie’s couples’ tables (seating times available at 7 pm and 8:30 pm)
