“Elevated” Sports Pub Expected to Open Downtown This Spring
Republic Development and Management Group’s (RDMG) today announced that 1st Place, an “elevated sports pub,” is expected to open in Spring 2020. Located next to its sister properties, Bourbon N’ Bubbles and MESU at 570 King Street, 1st Place will have over 20 screens in a 70-seat space.
The full bar program will include local craft beers, cocktails, and access to the whiskey and sparkling collections at Bourbon N’ Bubbles. Happy Hour will be available throughout the week.
Executive Chef Matt Greene’s menu is expected to include sports pub staples like chicken wings and sandwiches alongside skillets and local seafood.
1st Place will open at 11 am for lunch until late night, seven days a week.
