Freshfields Village, located at the crossroads of Kiawah and Seabrook islands, will offer various events to celebrate the spring season.

On Thursday, March 19th, Freshfields Village Sip & Stroll returns. Shoppers can take advantage of special in-store events, sales, and promotions at select participating retailers while enjoying light refreshments and beverages. A list of participating shops and promotions can be found on the website. The monthly event will take place again on April 16th and May 21st from 4 pm to 7 pm.

On the third Saturday of every month (except in April), guests can stop by the Village Green from 9 am to 11 am to browse unique cars at our monthly Cars & Coffee. Coffee and breakfast will be available for purchase at Java Java.

This Easter Weekend, Freshfields Village will celebrate with daily events throughout the weekend, including a special edition of Music on the Green, the annual Spring Festival and Sunday morning Easter service on the Village Green.

A special spring edition of Music on the Green takes place Friday, April 10th with live music from 6 pm to 9 pm featuring Java Band. The concert is family-friendly and free to attend. Guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs and blankets for a comfortable evening on the Village Green.

On Saturday, April 11th, Freshfields Village hosts its annual Spring Festival from 11 am to 3 pm. Bring the kids for a variety of fun activities including inflatable games, face painting, balloon animals, spring-themed crafts, and an interactive live band performance. The St. John’s Fire Department will host its “Spring into Safety” event, complete with fire engine tours, and fire safety tips. Don’t forget your camera to grab a family photo with the Easter Bunny, who will be hopping through the Village during the festival.

Round out the weekend with a non-denominational Easter Sunday service on the Village Green at 9:30 am. The service will be casual, and guests are encouraged to bring their own blankets and chairs. Following the service, enjoy Easter brunch at Hege’s Restaurant or FortyEight – Wine Bar & Kitchen.
