Salthouse’s “Coronavirus Catering Stimulus Package” to Provide Meals for First Responders

Salthouse Catering is offering a “Coronavirus Catering Stimulus Package” for future bookings. Show support for your local food and beverage community, while also providing healthy, chef-prepared meals for first responders. 

You can schedule a future catered event by choosing one of the packages listed below, and Salthouse will deliver ready-made meals to first responders at local hospitals.

Party packages are all-inclusive of food, equipment, and service. Your future booking will provide a professional chef-prepared meal for doctors, nurses, and other health care workers working on the front line of the Coronavirus crisis while helping Salthouse Catering staff make it through these challenging times. Think Post Quarantine Celebrations, Labor Day Parties, July 4th Gatherings, or Holiday Parties for your social groups or businesses.

The package options include:

• Party Light – Feed a Few
  • 2-hour party for up to 25 people with a bountiful best of season appetizer display (cured meats, local veggies & pickles, pimento cheese and accompaniments), all set up and a server. Includes 10 first responder meals for $1,250
• Party Mid – Feed More
  • 2-hour party for up to 40 people with a delicious variety of passed hors d’oeuvres, a best of season display with mini beef tenderloin biscuits, rosemary chicken pics, petite dessert assortment, all set up, a chef and service staff. Includes 20 first responder meals for $2,500
• Party Hearty – Feed the Most
  • 2-hour party for up to 50 guests with passed hors d’oeuvres, a best of season display with mini beef tenderloin biscuits and chicken pics, petite desserts, and a standard full bar package (including bartender) with all set up and staffing. Includes 50 first responder meals for $5,000
• Don’t feel like partying??
  • Sponsor a meal to feed our local Health Care First Responders You can sponsor delicious, healthy, chef prepared meals. Meals will be delivered directly to first responders at our local hospitals within 48 hours of your order date. Deliveries will be made in the sponsor’s name, or these meals can be given anonymously.
    • $200 – feeds 10 first responders
    • $400 – feeds 20 first responders
    • $1000 – feeds 50 first responders

*Party you can Feel Good About offer available until further notice. Packages may be redeemed Sundays through Thursdays. All bookings are subject to Salthouse’s availability. Payment in full required to confirm the event and initiate first responder meal delivery. No substitutions allowed on preset party menus. Menu add-ons available. Final guest counts due 10 days prior to the event date.
