14th Annual Charleston Duck Race Postponed to October

The 14th annual Charleston Duck Race for charity will be held on Saturday, June 6th at the Lake at Smythe Park on Daniel Island beginning at 5 pm. Duck Adoptions begin on March 11th and proceeds from the sale of ducks will support Charleston area charities and service projects.
The rubber duck that crosses the finish line first could win a cash prize up to $10,000 for its “adoptive parent,” with other top finishers winning a combination of thousands of dollars in cash prizes. The event also includes food trucks, vendors, a “Sounds of Summer” concert, games, jump castles, face painters, live music, and more.
The Charleston Duck Race is a 100% volunteer-run event with eight local Rotary Clubs participating. For more information or to adopt a duck, click here.
