Verde Offering $5 Mesa Verde Salads on May 5th
On May 5th, all Verde locations typically celebrate Cinco de Mayoby offering the fan-favorite Mesa Verde salad for just $5 all day. The only thing changing this year is the lines out the door, which are being replaced with online orders for curbside pickup.
Verde’s Cinco de Mesa event features the Southwestern inspired Mesa Verde for $5, which is normally priced at $9.95. The Mesa Verde is based with romaine lettuce, topped with grape tomatoes, raw corn, black beans, pickled red onions, tortilla strips, and house-roasted chicken, finished with a fresh lime squeeze, cilantro and Verde’s housemade Chipotle Lime Vinaigrette.
Over the past weeks, Verde has continued to serve the community their healthy meals with Curbside Pickup at Belle Hall, Avondale, and Coleman Blvd locations, delivery throughout the Charleston area, and pop-ups around town. The Cinco de Mesa ‘saladbration’ will continue in a similar fashion.
To partake in the fiesta, you must order online for curbside pickup at eatatverde.com and use the promo code CINCO at checkout for the discounted Mesa Verde on Tuesday, May 5th, 2020. Upon arrival to Verde, they ask that all guests “romaine” in their vehicles and their salads will be brought out to their cars.
