Hamby Catering Creates Special Memorial Day Menu to Celebrate the Holiday
Hamby Catering is celebrating Memorial Day weekend with a new Memorial Day Eats Menu featuring All-American favorites, including Braveheart Angus Beef burgers, ribeye steaks, sparkling rosé, and more.The Memorial Day Eats Menu features two different packages:
All American Burger Package (serves 4) – $45
Four 8oz Black Angus Beef Patties with Brioche Buns
- Accoutrements: Housemade Icebox Pickles, Mild Cheddar Slices, Hamby Burger Seasoning, Vertical Roots Lettuce, Roma Tomatoes and Red Onion
- Condiment Trio: Herbed Mustard, Roasted Garlic Aioli, Chipotle Ketchup
Red, White & Blue Ribeye Package (serves 4) – $45
Four 8oz Ribeye Steaks
- Hamby House Steak Seasoning & Gorgonzola Compound Butter

Orders must be placed by 12 pm on Friday, May 22nd and are available for curbside pickups on Sunday, May 24th at either of the following Market at Hamby locations:

Specify the preferred pickup location in “Special Instructions” when placing an order. Hamby Catering will be closed for Memorial Day on Monday, May 25th.
