Dunkin’ Donates Donuts & Coffee to MUSC Children’s Hospital
The local Dunkin’ stores last week donated dozens of donuts and boxes of coffee to the nurses and doctors at the MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital.
In March, The Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation activated $1.25 million in emergency funding to support community-based health and hunger relief organizations across the country during the COVID-19 health crisis.
George Ross, CEO of Coastal Franchising, which operates the Charleston Dunkin’ stores, said, “MUSC, a longtime recipient of Dunkin’ support, does so much to keep our communities safe and healthy. We are proud to be able to support them financially through the years and through coffee breaks for their staff on the front lines.”
