New French Restaurant Opens in Mt. Pleasant

French restaurant Ville Sainte Bistro is now open at 1035 Johnnie Dodds Blvd., 7B in Mount Pleasant.

The restaurant is  owned and operated by Carole Robert and her husband Mark Manly, who also own Annie’s Bistro Francais in Bethesda, Maryland. The couple previously ran an Annie’s location at 1795 Hwy 17 N in Mt. Pleasant, but decided to close their doors back in 2018 due to “two years of persistent air-conditioning issues in their building.”
