Gullah/Geechee Nation Raising Money for Land & Legacy Fund
The Gullah/Geechee Nation will host their 2020 Telethon on Saturday, July 25th to raise money for the Gullah/Geechee Land & Legacy Fund. The event will run from noon to 3 pm, but you can donate ahead of time.
Donations can be made on GoFundMe, via CashApp ($GullahGeecheeNation), or during the live broadcast on A Growing Culture on YouTube. The funds raised will help with land retention amongst the Gullah/Geechee.
The telethon is part of The Gullah/Geechee Nation’s 20th Anniversary celebration.
