Uptown Social to Launch NYC Style Bodega Concept on Thursday, Celebration Set for Saturday

Downtown bar and restaurant Uptown Social will launch their new concept, Bodega, on Thursday morning from 8 am to 2 pm. The King Street hotspot will celebrate the launch with a Grand Opening Breakfast on Saturday, August 1st in “The Lot” at Uptown Social on 587 King Street.

The new concept, which will serve NYC style bodega breakfast sandwiches, will start out as a residency operating out of Uptown Social with hopes of moving the operation to a brick and mortar sometime early 2021. You can see their menu here.

The Grand Opening Breakfast being held Saturday in The Lot at Uptown Social will run from 8 am – 2 pm and features:

• Bodega Breakfast Beats featuring DJ Sparkbox (9 am – 1 pm)
• $6 Personal Pitchers
• $7 1/2 Carafes Bloodies, Mimosas, Bellinis
