Golden Slipper Day, also often referred to as the Golden Slipper Stakes, is arguably the highlight of the Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival. This critically acclaimed Carnival traditionally takes place between March and April of each year. While it certainly draws in plenty of horseracing experts from around the globe, you might be surprised to discover that the event isn’t just about the races.
