Three Jr. Stingrays Hockey Players Selected to Play with Jr. Carolina Hurricanes
Three local Charleston Junior Stingrays hockey players have been selected to play in the 2020-2021 Tier I Hockey program with the Jr. Carolina Hurricanes AAA team.
Caitlin Boerst and Avelyn Higgins of Charleston and Cory Wyatt from Moncks Corner all recently attended the tryouts for the prestigious Tier I hockey level program and were selected to play on the Jr. Hurricanes. Cory will be playing in the 07 Bantam Minors and Caitlin and Avelyn will be playing on the Tier I Bantam AAA All Girls Team.
All three have played hockey at the Carolina Ice Palace for many years and most recently played on the Jr Stingrays 12U Travel Team.
