Lewis Barbecue Now Has Hatch Chiles Available for Pre-Order

Lewis Barbecue will be unable to hold their annual Hatch Chile Festival this year – in the traditional sense anyway. Guests won’t be able to enjoy a neighborhood party, but the downtown restaurant will still have their favorite peppers, sourced straight from Hatch, New Mexico, and roasted in-house, available for purchase.
The fresh roasted chiles are available in 1 and 5 lb. bags for pick up at Lewis Barbecue on September 19th and 20th between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm. You can pre-order your chiles using this link. They may also be purchased on the day of the event, if still available.
The restaurant will also have the new JUAN LUIS trailer up-and-running. You can soon stop by for breakfast tacos, chips and dip, and margaritas between the hours of 8 am and noon on Saturdays and Sundays. Click here for more information.
