Huey Magoo’s Announces Planned Expansion into Charleston
Huey Magoo’s, a Florida-based restaurant chain famous for its chicken tenders, on Monday announced it plans to open new franchises in Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, and Columbia. Their expansion also includes new locations in Tennessee and Georgia.
President and CEO Andy Howard said the restaurant will eventually open eight new restaurants in South Carolina. So far, there is no word on precise locations or opening dates as the company is still scouting potential properties.
Huey Magoo’s offers dine-in, take out, delivery through third-party delivery services, drive-thru and curbside pickup (at participating restaurants). They offer grilled, hand-breaded, or “sauced” chicken tenders, salads, sandwiches and wraps. Each Huey Magoo’s tender is made with no antibiotics, hormones, steroids, or preservatives.
