West Ashley Essentials Market to Relocate to West Ashley Greenway

Due to the resumption of weekend athletics at Ackerman Park, and the ongoing situation related to COVID-19 in South Carolina, the West Ashley Essentials Market will relocate to the intersection of the West Ashley Greenway and Farmfield Avenue and operate as an essentials only farm stand beginning Saturday, September 19, 2020 from 10 am to 1 pm.
Free parking will be available at the Charleston Tennis Center, located at 19 Farmfield Avenue.
Vendors and patrons will be required to wear masks and maintain social distancing throughout the event, and to follow all other CDC protocols related to COVID-19.
This essentials-only format will feature farmer and grower vendors exclusively. No prepared food vendors, entertainment, or other activities will be included.
Sanitation stations will be set up at the parking area and at the farm stand, and signage will be displayed to guide customers safely through the market set-up.
Cyclists visiting the farm stand are requested to dismount and walk their bicycles, and all patrons are reminded to pay attention to traffic flow both along Farmfield Avenue and on the Greenway.
