Swig & Swine Goes Mobile with New Food Truck Offering
Beginning October 2nd, popular Lowcountry BBQ restaurant Swig & Swine will begin offering their smoked meats and Southern sides on the road with the launch of their new food truck at Firefly Distillery.
After its debut at Firefly, the “Pig Rig” will be parked at Tradesman Brewing Co. for every remaining Friday in October.
Charlestonians can find the Pig Rig around town 5 days a week for both lunch and dinner hours. The truck will offer smoked meats ranging from Pulled Pork to Smoked Pork Belly, Southern sides, soft drinks, and desserts.
